5 x 5 or 5 x 7 greeting card stock with plastic sleeve to hold the CD securely in place.  Imprint on cover and left hand panel as shown.  The greeting card comes with it's own white envelope.  We recommend you purchase the "stayflat" sturdy mailer to protect the CD during mailing.
